Meet the Therapist

I’m Tayba Azim — a BACP‑registered psychotherapist, Mizan Practitioner, clinical supervisor and facilitator who blends relational, somatic and faith‑attuned approaches to support embodied healing. I work with individuals and groups to repair relationships with self, restore nervous‑system balance after trauma and design ritual‑rich practices that sustain long‑term wellbeing.

What I offer

- Integrative therapy: Tailored combinations of talking therapy and Mizan Therapy to meet each client where they are.

- Trauma-focused work: Short‑form Rewind Trauma Technique for rapid relief from PTSD symptoms, nightmares and flashbacks; offered pro bono for military veterans.

- Islamically informed care: Culturally and spiritually sensitive pathways that honour faith, identity and lived experience.

- Women's retreats and group facilitation: Women‑only retreats, workshops and restorative spaces that blend psychoeducation, somatic practice and reflective ritual.

- Clinical supervision and training: Support for practitioners seeking trauma‑informed, relational and culturally attuned practice development.

- Online Coaching Programme:   Support for women who cannot attend in person. Coaching blends integrative therapy and trauma‑focused practices to help you reconnect with your body and restore balance.
