Initial appointment (2 parts) - £199

This appointment consists of 2 parts. An in depth online consultation, and a massage. 

Part 1: The in depth consultation consists of discussing the intake form that you will have completed beforehand, looking at what symptoms you are experiencing, past and present health issues, your diet and lifestyle, and self-care technique. 

Part 2:  A massage of the upper and lower abdomen, and back. 

Subsequent sessions - £90

These appointments can last between 60-90 minutes. 

3 treatments are generally recommended to see any real changes and benefits.

Yoni/ Womb/ Pelvic Steaming - £55

Yoni is the Sanskrit word for Vagina. Vaginal steaming is an age-old natural remedy that cleanses the vagina and uterus, regulates menstruation, and eases period cramps and bloating. Yoni steaming can also help with fertility.

Hot Stones can be added to your Mizan treatment for a supplemental fee of £30 per treatment.  

A deposit of £50 is required for all Mizan bookings.

Anyone requiring Mizan and psycotherapy/ counselling will be given information upon enquiry. 

Cancellation: 48 hours notice required for mizan sessions.
